As soon as one looks closely, it is revealed that, except for the duck, this entire image is of clear, calm water, reflecting clouds riding the sky far above. Isn’t this a fine representation of the human state? We all continuously circle back and forth across the boundaries between the concrete and its reflection. The real and the unreal. The reflection of one or the other. Though, of course, a reflection is a real reflection, circular thinking being a notion we humans are REAL good at. Really. Not to mention that, sometimes, the duck just circles clouds. I am currently using HP Premium Photo Plus Soft Gloss Inkjet 80 lb paper. This helps keep costs down, while being a substantial, high-quality paper. Other sizes, other paper, matted, matted and framed, are all available on request.
